I bought this for jobs where I don't want to pull out my full size buffer. For example when washing the windscreen or polishing the headlights. It's decent, but could use a few more revs. The battery starts up well, but in my opinion it drains pretty quickly. I'm assuming it's lithium, but it doesn't hold a charge well in storage, so be prepared to charge it before each use. This is not for long-term use. The pads that came with it were of good quality. Now all they have to do is add a bad carry to drop everything.
