The product is usable, I expected a bit more.

On May 21st, I purchased a pair of headphones. Of course, the check disappeared into thin air someplace; at the present, the left earpiece is missing; although it demonstrates some signs of life, it is unable to duplicate the sound. Based on the serial number, it appears that they were manufactured in November of 2022. Under the terms of the warranty, you are unable to return the item without the original receipt. I was taken aback when I found out that they had such a short life expectancy; prior to that, the Chinese noname had faithfully served for two years and was still active. I won't be buying JBL products again.

Pros

Excellent acoustics These were exactly the right size for me. Tiny case. As you can see, there is a lot written up there.

Cons

For me personally, my connection would occasionally drop, but it didn't happen too often, and it would reconnect right away. I find that the software provided by the manufacturer is lacking.
