I ordered this set of four balls for my class. The students I work with are on the autism spectrum and like toys that they can squeeze, squeeze and hold to be smooth or soft. It helps with anxiety and overstimulation. However, my students are not good with toys, so they often break and need to be replaced. I liked that this set has four balls of different colors and one glows! Each student is allowed to have a ball during the short break and no one is allowed to share. In this way, all the sensory toys in the class basket can be changed every day. The material looks thicker and more durable. I don't think these balls pop or rip apart easily which means they should last a while. There's no water or gel in the middle, which is fine if it tears from rough handling. They are easy to clean and disinfect at the end of each school day to limit the spread of germs. Each ball has a variety of buttons to press and listen to when they respawn. In any case, my students seem to enjoy holding these balls while sitting in their seats. This is a great sensory toy for even older children with autism. I am definitely happy with these toys!
