Error Code S5 Brush Stuck

Constant error message about main brush stuck on my S5. I also did a complete cleaning of my robotic arm. I did a small test area and he repeated the same mistake 3 times, every time I checked the brush it was clean and tidy. The OEM brush doesn't and runs regularly every night and does a great job. The filter appears to be of good quality but is a little looser than the OEM. The rest of the items seem fine. But this product isn't worth it if it doesn't vacuum my house flawlessly every 3 minutes.
