UPDATE: Error in topic - broken monitor!

#SEPTEMBER 2021 Update: NO WARRANTY! #2021 Update: Support emails were constantly being forwarded. Someone named David sent a replacement and also mentioned that it would cover my loss! But since then no response! So be careful when installing your expensive studio investment! I've been using it for the last 4 months and then it happened! The thread of the adapter screws broke and my display broke! Contacted Mountit support and a few days later they sent me a new mount. But my 300+ wide monitor is broken! And the support service still does not answer this question! After three emails about the update, I'm writing this review. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE YOUR EXPENSIVE MONITORS ON IT!
