I would give one star because I believe the monitor was already damaged when shipped. Strange damage. We didn't notice until we turned it on, then a thin white line started snaking across the screen. We turned it off immediately and felt the screen with our fingers. We didn't feel anything, but we heard a faint noise. However, they delivered a defective product but got two stars from us because we were told to return it for a full refund. No questions were asked.
