Looks great because it resembles real horns, feels sturdy. The packaging is a little substandard as the foam sticks to the product and seems to go all over the place when you take it out of the box. The "adjustable" part simply means you have some play in the middle of the towel rail, but if you need adjustment you'll see a metal bar on either side. Only visible when the towel is taken off the hanger, but still ugly, the center stays loose and spins freely.
