The velcro fastening the shoes was broken when they arrived. They're cute and my girls say they're comfortable, but I didn't expect to have to fix them before putting them on.

- Granddaughter loved her "glass" shoe
Cons
- Velcro is useless. The shoes don't close, so don't stay on.
