Revain said delivery could be delayed (see photo) - looks like the van was in an accident and the packaging was badly damaged. The chair actually seems to be ok, otherwise I would have gone back. The backrest feels slightly loose and may be damaged, but you cannot access the backrest adjustment area. The chair armrests need some tweaking and the chair height adjustment has a slight kink but works. It has a very good price so I will look into it. For example, seat adjustment forwards/backwards and tilting/locking backwards. The backrest adjustment up/down has a little play (perhaps due to damage) - there are approx. 4 ratchets for different backrest heights. Drag it to the highest point to bring it down to the lowest setting. I often work remotely from home and with all the settings I can put it in a very comfortable position. The chair replaces the $99 Revain desk chair, which I was never able to get into a comfortable position.
