Supplied without outer packaging - no original Amazon packaging. Just a frame in a box, like on a store shelf. The first came cracked, which is not surprising. I was under pressure as it was a Christmas present but the replacement arrived the same way but somehow survived the transport. I set it up myself pretty easily, uploaded a few photos and then sent it to my parents in their early 60s who live across the country (they had to set it up on their own wifi after delivery). They love it. I keep getting text messages about how excited they are about the new picture. I'd say it's more of a tablet than a bezel, with the weather and time on a permanent display. We travel halfway around the world and I love how easy it will be to share our adventures with you. I use the app and it's simple but easy to use. My sister also sends to a frame and I would like to see what has been uploaded so I don't send duplicates. Overall I'm happy with the frame and will probably buy more for other grandparents before we move.
