somewhat dangerous for teething.

They are actually smaller and dangerous for a teething child due to their shape. I received them for my baby (4 months old at the time of receipt). He kept shoving one in his mouth and forced himself to gag. We took her away and tried again (now he is 7 months old). They still fit too far in his mouth, causing him to choke on them. Maybe we'll try them again in a few months, but not sure. But they are easy to clean. I just hand wash them and let them air dry. They say they can be washed in the dishwasher, I just haven't tried it.
