The night vision is excellent and I used a 64GB micro SD card for storage which will eventually overwrite old video clips. I really like the feature that allows me to take a photo or video in real time, which can be accessed at any time. The image quality is so good that I can see across the lake to see if my mate's cars are parked on his gravel road overlooking the lake. Wife loves that we get alerts on our phones when someone is near the cabin (you can turn off the traffic alarm when you're there) and our lakeside friends let us know they're there by to Walk or drive in the driveway. I've had a tree cam for about a month and couldn't be happier. There is a great temptation to install another camera in the tree to observe the lake.
