It does what it's supposed to do
It holds my baby's head better than a regular car seat cushion. Although it's a bit close to his ear. But at least his neck isn't dangling at such a weird angle. The design could be better, although the Valco clasp makes it a little wobbly and not as sturdy as I would like. The pillows feel very soft but are firm enough to keep your head in place.
