In the introduction to this review, I'm 6ft 1in tall and I usually use two pillows. The NHDT was a little flimsy for my liking, but I solved that problem by putting a thicker pad underneath. short height or other pillow preferences, your experience may differ from mine. I really like how the NHDT pillow stays cool. had this experience once a week when using NHDT. I also like the subtle curve of the pillow that creates a natural cradle for my head. One side is slightly higher (maybe 3/4 inch) than the other to allow sleepers to choose their ideal neck brace. I slept on the pillow out of the box the first night and found it had an odd smell. Luckily removing and washing the cover got rid of the odor and it's fairly easy to put the latex pillow back into the cover. You should use the smallest pillowcases for this pillow as it is so thin and slightly narrower than most pillowcases it wastes a lot of space in each of my pillowcases resulting in it slipping out of the pillowcase a bit when I lay down at night move Overall it's a good pillow, but its smaller size poses some issues.
