Legs of the chair broke almost immediately. They broke straight in half. It seemed that perhaps they were under extreme heat storage conditions. Nonetheless, I emailed the support team via the contact page on their website. The next day they returned with me and we started purchasing new support legs. They arrived very quickly and are holding up great. Just make sure you still have the factory warranty and they'll take care of you, no problem.
