I bought this kneeling pad to use in the garden but have found it wonderfully helpful in the house as well. I am 68 years old and weigh 120 pounds, so my knees have seen some use and don't have much padding. The first time I used it was while I was scrubbing the kitchen floor. What a difference! The pad is firm but has just the right give to protect my knee joints. It is very mobile so it's easy to move around in the garden. I have also used it as a seat when I want to rest on the edge of my deck. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but this item is too good not to tell others about!
