They're junk, don't buy them.

If you put a metal plate in the case, the bracket will not hold the phone. If you add a metal plate to the outside of the case, you have a 50/50 chance that the mount will hold your phone. Also, there is a very high chance that the adhesive won't hold and your phone will fall off the plate while the plate is sticking to the mount. They're junk, don't buy them.
