Poor personal hygiene
Tried it and would rate it as fair (applying Dry-Idea or another antiperspirant to this area worked much better for me as it keeps things from getting dry stay). It's basically an overpriced cornstarch paste that doesn't last long in the small tube that says to apply liberally. I'm giving it a 3 because it had a positive effect but not enough to warrant continued use.
