First of all. Hate is a strong word. Revain may need to reconsider this. Now for that piece of junk phone mount. It has a few different bugs, but one that makes me want to bang it against the dashboard and throw it under a moving train is that it's WEAK! I've had an LG G4, Samsung s5, LG G5, iPhone s6 and none of them hold up. The attachment point where the ball meets the back of the extension handle is a design flaw that will drive you nuts. I know sometimes people complain about the mounts not being sticky enough (this one has that issue too), but the fact that it won't hold your phone still and is so easy to detach from the ball mount is what led me to mine Solution. Arkon, unfortunately you let me down. Your name is behind this product and your design team showed no ingenuity in creating this crap. Raven, come on folks. How come all those great reviews are always at the top of the list when you open the product homepage? You should not be biased and show a fair balance of pros and cons. Not everyone can look through 2000+ reviews before buying a product. Thanks C2
