The ability of this product is that it has so many options. It's not just for one thing; it can be used in multiple ways depending upon your needs. I do like how easy it was to learn all about this program because there were very helpful tutorials given before we started our use of it. This tool does work well but sometimes when things are going along smoothly then something will happen where it won't recognize what is needed or give an error message which makes me feel frustrated at times. However, once everything settles down after some time goes by without any errors being shown, nothing really happens! So far, no problems have been encountered while trying out this platform since its release date back in 2013. We've realized that having more than 1 person working together helps us find information easier as opposed to only looking through documents ourselves. I like that it is easy to use and the interface is very simple. It is also a great tool to help you identify the right contact for the correct person. I also like that it is really easy to use and requires minimal training. I don't dislike anything about this software. I have used many different entity resolution solutions and I would highly recommend this one. I have used other ones but this one does the best job at matching the right person with the right contact.
