I like that it is located in Virginia, so there is less of a time lag between getting your work done and sending it off for approval. It's also not very expensive compared to other providers. My only real complaint is that it doesn't have as many options for servers and software packages. You can't customize much at all. If you are looking for something that will be affordable while still having access to servers and applications that you need, this is probably a good option. We've been able to set up our dev/test environments more quickly than other companies that charge more per month.
