I have cubital tunnel symptoms, tingling, burning, numbness in fingers, etc. on both hands. I've read that splints can help. They are perfect for keeping your hands straight at night. They weren't a panacea for me, but combined with reducing the repetitive motion of bent elbows and actively trying to keep them straight during the day when I'm at rest (driving a car, working at a desk, etc.), they helped immensely, otherwise I wouldn't im do sleep I can never keep my elbows straight. If I forget to put them on at night, I usually feel a difference the next day. Worth a try if you're unlucky with other approaches.
