Hello. So the lower holder of the cradle is adjustable up and down. I have a Galaxy S20 Ultra, a big phone. When I first set up my device, the green light in the bottom right corner lit up but didn't turn blue, indicating the phone was charging. After some googling I found that the phone should be aligned over the wireless charger. in a pretty specific way to make it work. Therefore, the adjustable part is located at the bottom of the cradle. After that - ZOMG! Fast charging! Yay. Pictured here is the charger on the dashboard of my Vanagon. I come out on a pretty steep jeep track. Terrain did things like unscrew my shift knob and unscrew a bolt from one of the sway bar end links. However, the phone stayed in place flawlessly. All in all I'm glad I spent the extra money as long as it keeps up the good work, I certainly consider this my favorite car phone holder I've ever had. .By the way, I have a question here along the lines of "why the hell isn't it charging?" This device will go to my sweetheart's Subaru.
