The bag arrived in excellent condition - very well packaged! It comes full form/size (not folded), with airbags to hold the form. My only wish is that they make it real gray with silver accents (I bought a Buffalo Khaki). A top zip and fold-over closure add security, and an external zip pocket is handy for my phone (GalaxyNote20 fits perfectly). It's big enough for my tablet, purse and various small items, but not big enough to be considered a large bag. I travel quite a bit and this is the PERFECT bag size for my flights (pictured is a standard 12oz can of soda for the scale). There are a few internal pockets (both zipped and open) but plenty of room overall (ideal for a large scarf or small blanket). I will definitely buy again and I think it will make a great gift!
