Poor quality, single ply toilet paper, no plastic wrap to protect shower curtain
Just bad quality. What should I expect when I buy cheap stuff? The shower curtain is for my second bathroom but I still expect a clean item to arrive. This was not the case when I received a dirty shower curtain, the item was new but the packaging it came in had no plastic wrap to protect the white shower curtain which was most likely gathering dust in a dirty warehouse somewhere. It's also about as thin as single ply toilet paper, not even worth returning and getting my money back, I'll just throw it away and spend the money to buy something good.
