Poor customer service

This is a lovely bag, just what I was looking for, but when I unpacked it I noticed the strap on the side had snapped. I immediately contacted the seller and was asked to provide my order number and photos, which I did. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them or received a replacement. I am disappointed in their lack of customer service. I think I will have to return the entire purchase.

PHONE SHOULDER BAG WITH EXTERNAL ZIPPER AND MAIN ZIPPER POCKET, with 3 credit card slots for money and credit cards. Very spacious, holds all modern smartphones, as well as keys, wallet, passport, tickets, cash, credit cards, lipstick.
