I really got everything I could because of this product. For some reason I thought it would be better than just placing the controllers on a counter, table, or shelf and connecting micro USB cables to each controller to charge them. I was wrong. The method of attachment to this device is questionable at best. You take these little plugs, plug them into the controller's charging ports, and then they attach to the bases in the "dock" and are ready to charge. The first issue is that one of them fits my controller perfectly and has the perfect angle to load. The other, on the other hand, is significantly more angular and cannot charge while sitting in the dock. After losing about $45 at this POS, I now just charge each controller individually, which I risked avoiding by buying this dock. It's just novelty and a waste of money.
