When I bought this product I was at first very concerned about its condition due to the affordable price and also the IOS version I received but as soon as it arrived, I was shocked at how new this tablet looks and how well its functions work. The first thing I did was set up the tablet, which eventually allowed me to update to the latest iOS version available (11) and then I wanted to make sure my previous device's cellular chip would work with it and connect with no problems I was very happy about my Verizon account. The only difference I can tell is that I did not receive an original Apple charger with the device, however this was not one of my requirements as it has been refurbished. So far all the necessary features have worked perfectly and I am so thankful that I was able to find this option. I look forward to making more purchases from this company in the near future.
