My husband is a very sweaty sleeper, and would wake up several times a night with excess moisture on his pillowcase. And even got so bad he uses towels over the pillows to soak up any moisture. I decided to try this to keep his head cool at night and to see if it would stop the sweating. this pillowcase stays constantly cold. He absolutely loves it. The only thing I would mention is not to wash it with your regular laundry, in the future I am going to hand wash these and hang them to dry.
