I've been wearing Z-Coils for about a decade since I found out I had back pain. Before wearing the shoes, I had constant back pain that made it difficult to get through the day. With shoes I can be on my feet all day with very little or no back pain. They take a bit of getting used to when you first walk in, but you get used to them quite quickly. The shoes are damn solid too. A pair lasts a good 2 or 3 years and I wear them almost all day 7 days a week. These are great shoes to wear when your foot, leg or back hurts :D
