I've used this mouse for three years with no issues. The button that decreases DPI when pushed is a fantastic feature; I always use it and now find it impossible to function without it. Same goes for an endless scroll. I also frequently use the Logitech G Hub's customizable macros, which can be set up separately for each application. The main drawback is that you generally don't need buttons to switch between DPI modes; you only need one that you can get used to. And another, which you can temporarily switch to by pressing the side button. The same, but wireless, would be nice. However, the wireless G502 is rumored to have faulty switches and worse scrolling.
