January 28, 2021: I love this duvet! It's super super soft and warm. Another reviewer wrote that it wasn't that warm. I use mine either directly on my body or under all my comforters on the bed and it's very warm. It is not intended for heating. You can make it warmer by putting another blanket on top to insulate it, but just for a chilly day or evening it does the job perfectly. It's fantastic after a shower or bath for the kids or for relaxing and watching a good movie. I will buy more as gifts. The color is a little more bordeaux than bright red, which made me happy - less Santa Claus, more of a year-round look! Great price, great size, great warmth! All around a very nice electric blanket!
