Another worker and I look at multiple screens 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. It's a job, I also spend 20+ hours at home staring at my laptop and HDTV. I've had eye strain and mild headaches every day for years. I stumbled across these glasses and thought the price was worth it. I wish I had found her many years ago. Since wearing them for the first time I have had no problems with dry eyes, eye fatigue or headaches. PERIOD. Not a single problem. I bought one for the person I work with and two for myself, one pair for work and one pair for home. The only thing you can use is the least "cool" glasses, and luckily we don't have any customers.
