Worked fine for a week. The sticky backing does not stick.
The design of this holder is beautiful thanks to the added lanyard pin that keeps it in place. The problem is the sticky backing. The bracket fell off the wall, leaving double the support against a clean, smoothly tiled wall that was firmly attached. It just won't hold onto the heavy metal bracket itself. I don't want to use screws in my tile, it's the only position I can use them in. DRAT!FYI: First, I cleaned both the wall and mount with rubbing alcohol and let them dry. I waited 24 hours before hanging the holder. I really want to use it. Suggestions for the best adhesive layer are welcome.
