Review on π Maybelline New York Colossal Washable Eye Makeup by Denise Harmeyer
New formula for summer 2018
I bought it last winter and I really liked it. I just redeemed in June and it was completely different. Now it doesn't wash off with toner and I have to work hard to wash it off with oil. Despite this change it doesn't hold up any better, I still get blackheads just under my eyebrow from it migrating onto my skin. I will not buy this one again.
