I can't remember what size I ordered but it was the recommended size for my dog's weight. It was a bit big for him and dangled from his shoulders. He is a mixed breed weighing 50 pounds. He is an odd size, he looks like a 6 month old puppy and should be at least twice his size but unfortunately he is an adult dog and is not really growing up. That's all there is to say. I'm not sure if it's because of the brand that it doesn't fit. But it was of good quality and thick enough that he could still wear it. until he chews it up like he does most things we give him. He's very tolerant of clothes, I would say he likes wearing a sweater, but maybe I'm impersonating him. He doesn't speak English so I can't say for sure. So I can't say whether your dog feels well. But it seemed to suit him. I just wanted it to fit because it's very well made. But once again, my dog is an odd size
