Sewing sports equipment

My fencing glove broke. The thread connecting the rubber band to the protective cover has broken. So I decided to google a solid thread for exercise equipment. In my sword fights, the longsword hema thread didn't come loose and held part of the thumb in time. The movement of the thumb is always constant and under pressure in sword fighting. So this thread is still going.
