When it says "apply to clean, dry skin" it absolutely means that if you apply it to blemished skin it won't work at all. The first few uses seemed ok, right after application I felt wet in the pit area, but then I got colder(?), and then after about 5 minutes I felt normal again. I get very hot very quickly and sweat a lot so I definitely gave this a try and to be honest I probably won't buy it again. It seems to soak up any sweat for the first few hours, but after that you're SOL. The smell is not very attractive (not bad, but not great). I ended up doing 2 double coats so I reapplied it in the middle of the coat and it stunk so much! It doesn't help at all! So, as mentioned above, you absolutely have to apply to clean, dry skin for this stuff to have any effect.
