I ordered two 61-XL remanufactured cartridges for my HP Envy 5535 printer. When they arrived I installed them. The black ink cartridge was fine, but the printer rejected the color cartridge on the grounds that it was not suitable for this printer. I took out the color cartridge and compared it to the removed cartridge and the contact points on the face of the new cartridge did not match the contact points on the old cartridge. I am VERY dissatisfied with the color cartridge and am hoping they will send me a working replacement.
