I recently started renovating the network closet in my house and I can't stand having cables lying around everywhere. Call it OCD if you like, but I think keeping things in order and looking pretty is good practice. Things cables saved me a lot of time because I didn't have to make my own patch cords like I used to. They came individually wrapped and while some people didn't like the idea, I like it. I can store individual cables without worrying about moisture getting on the lugs as they are sealed in the packaging. So far all cables are 100% tested and I will definitely be buying more.
