I've only been wearing this for 2 days and it seems to help with my hip and groin pain. I plan to wear it to work this week and also during training so this will be the best test for me. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to wear the compression bandage, it seems a bit low so I need to adjust the position of the straps. Update - I wore MY BRACE ;) to work for a few days this week. and 2X to the gym and I like the feel and support it gives me.
