This is a neat little toy with at least some practical value. I bought it thinking that somehow I could put it on the fridge and leave the last bills to my wife; You know, "don't forget the milk" and so on. Not sure how it works as it doesn't require batteries or charging, but it works well and in a very good fun/cool/retro way. My 3 year old kleptomaniac granddaughter ran away with this thing and now it's 3 hours away at my daughter's house! On the other hand, it only cost ten dollars; It's cheaper to buy another one than send mine back to me. Now I know what to buy my granddaughter for Christmas. Maybe she can use it to send notes to her cellmates when she's having a hard time in Shawshank. Given her frivolous tendencies, her future imprisonment is almost inevitable!
