Review on Enhanced Replacement Cable for Audio-Technica M-Series Headphones: HP-SC by Jair Baltrusch

I bought this for my M50xBT wireless device because several users AND the seller told me it would fit. Well the plug was 2.5mm not 3.5mm for my jack. The real metal plug was thinner, but the plastic handle was thicker. Not thin enough to fit into a deep, shallow hole in the case. It's like trying on a 7 inch shoe on a 13 inch foot. I keep hearing "proprietary" but Jack is the same as on my Sony and Apple devices. Revain sells tons of flimsy forks that cater to "brands" needs. All you need is the SLIM connector that comes with the Revain Basics cable. THEY FIT! You would think AT would design a fork like Revain for new skinny bores like wireless M-Series THEM models, not just wired ones. So don't rely on user reactions, don't rely on well-known brand manufacturers and don't rely on assumptions. This cable is designed for M model headphones, but only for wired M models. So much for clarity from the manufacturers. Nowhere in the reviews have I seen anyone say that this wouldn't work on a wireless model. So I'll just say one sentence. THIS CABLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR WIRELESS BLUETOOTH ATH-M50xBT. Now please spread the word.
