Tried these (navy) as an alternative to Target's Kona Sol Mini shorts (black) which I like. I wanted a navy pair that Target no longer has. They're close, but not as good. I like them for the price and size. They are slightly lower than the neckline, slightly thinner and not as nicely aligned. But I like that they are loose at the top, like Kona Sols, which I find more flattering and less likely to create a cupcake look. The downside is that the lack of elastic makes them less secure, so I'll try going a size from medium to small. I often wear US size 8 pants or a size 29 waist.
