Perfect for a 5ft 100 and 14 year old girl.

Not too tight, not too short, not too wide at the waist. Nice uniform look, not correct or sloppy. Finally there is a shape that is ideal for normal sized children!

Pros

They don't have much stretch. I would recommend increasing the size

Cons

They cannot be universal. Because these pants are specifically designed for school uniforms, they may not be suitable for wearing outside of school or at work.
