So first let me admit something: I cheated on Tom. I've recently tried a few other brands of natural toothpaste. To be honest I don't even know what I was expecting. I think I was looking for something cheaper, but here's the thing. All failed to meet expectations. I've found myself missing Tom's - everything about it, the taste, the way it leaves my teeth so clean and fresh, its texture, everything. Yes, it costs a little more than a regular toothpaste, but it's worth it. When I brush my teeth, I want to make sure I'm using something healthy and natural. The notion of sugar or artificial sweeteners in toothpaste is clearly irrational. Tom's of Maine was one of the first toothpaste companies to recognize the importance of using only natural ingredients. I also appreciate that they offer fluoridated and fluoride-free toothpastes. I personally found fluoride good for my teeth so I decided to keep using it. My teeth are whiter and overall healthier and cleaner since switching from regular toothpaste to Tom's toothpaste. Peppermint gel is my favorite. It's so minty and cooling. Recently Tom has also made some changes to his tubes. They used to use aluminum tubes and now they use plastic laminates. I read an article saying they were very receptive to this Seriously, the company always tries to be eco-friendly, personally I didn't like the old aluminum tubes because they kept cracking and toothpaste spilled out of the rims - that was mine only complaint about the product but Tom seems to have listened to his customers and made changes accordingly. The new tube is much softer and will not crack or rip, and all of the toothpaste is easy to use at no extra cost. I recommend Tom's toothpaste to all my friends and family If you've been using regular toothpaste for years you should consider switching to an all natural product which is healthier and if you switch to Tom's you won't miss your old toothpaste Tell me . It's way better than any of the popular brands of everyday toothpaste. As for me, I'll never cheat on Tom again!
