This is a great addition to my kit for me (to use when in a wheelchair) and my service dog. I wanted a bag that was sturdy, lockable, big enough to hold my large water bottle and that I could move from one part of the chair to another if needed. It is of course intended for use on the bike, but could be adapted to my needs. There is a spacious outside pocket that can be used for many purposes. It is easily accessible even when the inner bag is full and weighed down. It comes with an extra Velcro strap and has plenty of loops for easy attachment. I personally didn't know how to use the velcro so I put it in my side pocket when I figured out how to use it. The downside is that it doesn't have a strap to attach to objects or carry on the shoulder. I used one on another tote bag. Second, the attachment loops allow you to attach the bag in one direction only. At least some of the many could be mounted in a different orientation (horizontally, not just vertically).
