Poor quality, good design

I like the bag but the bottom of the laptop compartment is torn. The only thing I put in there was my 14 inch MacBook Air and it just ripped on its own. I'm not sure if I received the bag from a bad batch or something. The seller's email is unknown, so I can't even contact him.
