These did have a weird smell when I received them. I washed them immediately and it went away. I did try one on before washing, to see how the fit compared after washing, and they didn't shrink at all, even after going through a warm dryer cycle. Also the fabric didn't pill during the wash, etc.They are slightly more see through than I wanted them to be. I did cuddle my fully clawed cat and she did get stuck on one a couple times (she likes to knead biscuits on me) and didn't leave any marks/holes. However I need a nude bra under or you can see it clearly. I almost always plan to wear something over top of these, I bought them for layering, so not a huge deal.Very soft t shirt like material. Goes back into place after stretching.Love the straps, how they are made of the same material as the shirt, not the ribbon like straps that camisoles sometimes have (I find these twist up and 'tangle' over time), and that they are very adjustable, I find a lot of camisoles straps to be too long, even after tightening all the way.I am 5'7 and 135lbs and ordered the Medium size. They are snug so there is not a bunch of extra fabric which would lump up under other layers, but are not too tight either.Probably tighter than I expected mediums to be, but definitely doable. I am happy with the four of them for $22 including prime shipping.
