I ordered this shampoo and conditioner to try because they don't have the harsh ingredients found in most store brands. packaged - I like pump bottles, not squeeze bottles. I find the releasers difficult to open when my hands are wet and I feel like the pumps are just a lot lighter. Graphic design/branding is clean and simple. The smell of the shampoo is wonderful - a very natural smell and no perfume at all. What I liked most about the shampoo is that it's incredibly thick, so I have long, very thick hair and I usually have to wash my hair twice to make sure it's clean. At the same time, a small amount of this shampoo was enough to thoroughly wash your hair in just one round! It's so thick and luxurious it reminds me of salon shampoos. The conditioner is great too, but the shampoo is the star of this show. I definitely recommend this product.
